Lomita
The city plans to begin accepting applications for Lomita Manor, a low-cost housing project for elderly and handicapped Lomita residents, within the next two weeks. Prospective tenants must be severely handicapped or over 62 years old with an individual annual income of less than $10,100. Rent will be based on ability to pay.
