COLLEGE FOOTBALL ’85 : Trojans and Bruins Open Season Today
UCLA and USC open their football seasons on the road today, but only Bruin fans will be able to watch their team on live television.
The Bruins will play defending national champion Brigham Young University at Provo, Utah, in a game to be shown on ESPN at 4:30 p.m. PDT.
The Trojans will open against Illinois at Champaign, Ill., but USC is barred from television this year because of NCAA rules infractions. The game will be broadcast by KNX (1070) at 11 a.m. PDT.
