Trust Established for USC Football
George and Nelsha Kryder of Palm Desert have donated the building housing Nelsha’s Draperies, a company owned and operated by the Kryders in that city for more than 20 years, to USC to fund a unitrust to provide an endowment for the university’s football program.
The Kryders will receive the income from the trust during their lifetimes and then the principal will be used to establish the endowment, which is to be unrestricted so that its funds could be used for any football program expenses, such as travel, staff salaries, equipment or scholarships.
