Kings Lose Exhibition to Canucks, 3-2
The Vancouver Canucks scored all three goals in the second period to defeat the Kings, 3-2, Saturday night at Victoria, Canada in the opening National Hockey League exhibition game for both teams.
Scoring for the Kings were Mark Lofthouse and Bernie Nicholls. Vancouver’s winning goal was scored by Jean-Marc Lanthier at 9:45 in the second period.
The teams meet again tonight at Duncan, Canada.
