Three employees and a customer who were injured when a methane gas explosion and fire shattered the Ross Dress for Less store in the Fairfax area last March 25 have filed suit for damages in Los Angeles Superior Court. Employees Michael Armstrong, Bonita Harris and Michel Mahoney as well as patron Alan Wexler said it was known a dangerous condition existed from highly pressurized concentrations of methane.
