Crescenta Valley defensive back Chuck Wilkie intercepted a pass from Burroughs’ Jeff Barrett at Burroughs’ 38-yard line, setting up a 6-yard touchdown pass from Carl Lomas to tight end Geoff Thran with 4:12 left in first quarter. . . . Burroughs fullback Andy Iacenda converted three consecutive fourth-and-one plays, but was stopped at the CV 1 as time ran out in second quarter. . . .
