Soccer Roundup : UCI Breaks Streak With 1-0 Victory

Kim Cusimano scored 11 minutes into the second half Friday as the UC Irvine women’s soccer team broke a 15-match winless streak with a 1-0 nonconference win over Cal Poly Pomona at Irvine. Goalie Lisa Sitell had nine saves for the Anteaters, who are 2-10-4. The Broncos are 7-9-2.
