Alhambra Office Building Purchased
The first office building developed as part of the Alhambra Redevelopment Agency’s revitalization program, La Plaza de Alhambra, has been purchased for more than $3 million by the Alhambra Partnership from the owner-developer, Goldrich, Kest & Hirsh, according to Travers Realty Corp. which handled the transaction.
The three-story, 25,000-square foot building at 200 S. Garfield Ave. completed in 1982, is across from the new Alhambra Plaza regional mall and will become the new owner’s headquarters. Major tenants are the Far East National Bank and a General Services Administration office.
