Cape Cod exteriors in three elevations are featured in the 13-unit Glen Meadow Homes single-family development opening today in Riverside.
The houses by Keusder Enterprises, Santa Ana, have 1,100 square feet of living area, two bedrooms and a den, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces and master bedroom suites. Prices range from $69,900 to $77,990 and mid-November move-ins are scheduled.
Other standard features include oak cabinets and a breakfast bar in the kitchen, front-yard landscaping and sprinklers, central air conditioning and two-car attached garages.
A sales office at 1967 Thornton St. is open every day except Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The development can be reached via the Columbia Street exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway.
