Times Gives $100,000 to Symphony
SAN DIEGO — The Los Angeles Times/Times Mirror Foundation has pledged $100,000 to the San Diego Symphony Orchestra’s Symphony Hall restoration.
Dale Fetherling, editor of The Times’ San Diego County Edition, said the gift will be paid over a three-year period. The Times Mirror Foundation is the corporate foundation of Times Mirror Co., owner of The Times, Times Mirror Cable Television and many other media holdings.
