Nevada Las Vegas Tops UC Irvine in Volleyball
The UC Irvine women’s volleyball team was swept by Nevada Las Vegas, 15-7, 15-13, 15-5, in Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. play Saturday in Las Vegas.
Anteater Cindy Rohrig had 12 kills and freshman Allison Zumwalt added eight. UCI dropped to 1-15 and 8-16, while UNLV is 5-11 and 16-16.
