Holiday Presents at Models to Help Curb Child Abuse

Shop for a home and Christmas presents while doing a good deed: That’s the philosophy at the models for Hidden Valley and Summerplace, residential developments of Bauer Development Co. at Phillips Ranch in Pomona.

Models at the projects, where condo prices start at $76,950, will be filled with Christmas trees and an array of arts and crafts and baked goods offered by the Christmas Guild, with proceeds going directly to the Assn. for the Prevention of Child Abuse. The Christmas Guild consists of auxiliary members of the association.

The specially decorated models are open today and next Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Scenic Ridge Drive and on Rio Rancho Road, reached from the Phillips Ranch Road exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
