It’s appalling (almost) beyond words that the brilliant, touching and enlightening documentary “The Times of Harvey Milk” was not aired on a major network. Information such as this needs to reach a broader audience. I can only hope the networks will eventually realize that poignant issues (and people) don’t always have to be addressed via diluted and predictable “television drama.”
