Boys’ Roundup : Five Orange Lutheran Players Hit Double Figures in Easy 81-59 Win
Matt Zaun scored 24 points and four other players scored in double figures Saturday night to lead Orange Lutheran High School to an 81-59 win over Trabuco Hills in the championship game of the Newport Christian Tournament at Newport Christian High School.
Zaun, who was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player, was supported by Lmanyeo Scott and Leon Neben, who each scored 14 points, and Mike Krabbe, who added 12 points. The Lancers improve to 9-1. The Mustangs were led by John Welch, who scored a game-high 25 points.
