The Arroyo Seco division of Pasadena’s Community and Recreation Services said the Brookside Golf Course will be operated by American Golf Corp. of Los Angeles. Terms of the 10-year agreement with options call for American Golf to pay minimum annual rental fees of about $500,000, plus $1 million for course improvements.
