The handcuffed body of a young man found near Irvine Lake in Orange County has been identified as that of a man seen kidnaped from a street in Santa Fe Springs five days before, officials reported. Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies said the victim, Rene Camargo, 24, of Los Angeles, was last seen as two men grabbed him, shoved him into a vehicle, handcuffed him and drove away on East Firestone Boulevard. Witnesses also reported hearing the sounds of arguing and then gunshots. Joggers discovered his bullet-riddled body in heavy underbrush near Santiago Canyon Road in the city of Orange.
