Development of Single-Family Homes Opens Today in Saugus
Clairbourne, Watt Industries’ newest single-family residential community, is hosting its grand opening today at San Fernando Road and Circle J Ranch Road in Saugus.
Situated on 200 acres between the Tehachapi and the Santa Susana mountain ranges, the Claibourne development is scheduled for a five-year build-out and will include 364 homes to be released for sale in seven phases. Move-ins are set for mid-July.
The residential project features four sprawling ranch style home plans with one or two stories, priced from $112,950 to $152,950.
Models are sized from 1,157 to 1,855 square feet of living space with three or four bedrooms and two or three baths.
Amenities include ceramic tile entry, skylights, spacious kitchen storage and walk-in closets, separate laundry area and large backyard.
Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
