Wallace to Disclose Plans to Run Again or Retire

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Gov. George C. Wallace will disclose at a news conference today whether he will seek a fifth term or bring his political career to a close, press secretary Frank Mastin Jr. said Tuesday.
