Deane Beman, commissioner of the PGA tour, said he has offered to disassociate himself from the appeals process of Mac O’Grady, who faces fines of $5,000, a six-week suspension and a one-year probation for “conduct unbecoming a professional golfer.”
O’Grady has strongly criticized Beman in recent months.
