Westminster : Motorcyclist in Critical Condition After Crash
A Westminster man who crashed his motorcycle into a brick planter on Duncannon Avenue is in critical condition at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, hospital officials said.
Jerry Don Hammons, 20, lost control of his motorcycle Saturday night on a curve on Duncannon just east of Bolsa Chica Road and struck the curb and a planter in front of a residence, Westminster police said.
Hammons suffered a lacerated liver and was still unconscious Sunday afternoon, nursing supervisor Carol Cook said. “His condition is extremely critical right now,” she said.
