Killer’s Widow Sues McDonald’s
We have reached the height of absurdity in litigation-crazy America. Now Etna Huberty is going to sue McDonald’s, and thereby expects to profit from her husband’s vicious killing spree.
The lawyers who persuaded her to undertake this bizarre suit obviously have nothing but contempt for the law-abiding public and for the legal profession. No considerations of what is truly “just” will keep them from trying for a share of $5 million. So much for ethics.
If she and her avaricious attorneys get one cent from this suit it will indeed be a “mockery of justice.”
