Bradley N. Page, awaiting a second trial in Oakland in the death of his girlfriend, Roberta (Bibi) Lee, has taken out a license to marry a key alibi witness in his first trial. Page, 26, has been free on $16,000 bail since a jury deadlocked earlier this month. His fiancee, Amy Hacker, 22, a Kensington biology technician, testified that she saw Page the evening of Nov. 4, 1984, about the time the prosecution charged that Page had gone back to the Berkeley Hills scene, where Lee was bludgeoned, to conceal her body. “How did you know it was Page?” she was asked. “Because I had crush on him,” she replied. Later she testified, “We love each other.” The wedding will be the first for both of them.
