Feinstein to Visit Manila

MANILA — San Francisco Mayor Dianne Feinstein will visit Manila on Nov. 20-23 as leader of a 400-member business and civic delegation, Manila Mayor Mel Lopez Jr. said Monday. Lopez said he hopes the visit will result in more investment here by California companies.
