Richard H. Daniel, until recently an executive vice president at Crocker National Bank in San Francisco, has been appointed vice chairman of Pittsburgh’s Mellon Bank Corp. and its Mellon Bank unit.
Daniel joins the seven-member corporate office of Mellon, where he will be in charge of credit policy and credit administration.
