Science Adviser Sworn In

WASHINGTON — William R. Graham, acting administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration at the time of the Challenger explosion, was sworn in Thursday as President Reagan’s new science adviser and director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy. Graham left NASA on Oct. 3.
