On Patrol for Toughest Officer
Who is the toughest? More than 35 law enforcement officers from across California found out in the fourth annual “Toughest Cop Alive” contest at the Los Angeles Police Academy. Each competitor did a three-mile run, 100-yard dash and 100-yard swim and performed in rope-climbing, weight-lifting and obstacle course events. Los Angeles city and county officers took five of the top six places; winners will compete in national contest.
