Parrott Quits UCI Basketball Team

Mitch Parrott, a freshman guard at UC Irvine, has quit the school’s basketball team, according to Coach Bill Mulligan.

Parrott, a graduate of Camarillo High School, signed a national letter of intent with UCI last November and participated in the first week of practice this season.

According to Mulligan, Parrott will finish the quarter at UCI before transferring to Point Loma Nazarene College.
