43 Viet Boat People Arrive

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Another 43 Vietnamese boat people landed today on the eastern coast of Malaysia, a news agency said. U.S. officials said the new arrivals pushed the total to more than 1,500 in just a month.
