Quality Systems’ Net Reported at $286,200

Quality Systems Inc. reported net income of $286,200 for its fiscal second quarter ended Sept. 30, contrasted with net income of $69,300 for the comparable period a year earlier.

The Tustin-based provider of computer systems for medical and dental offices said revenue for the quarter totaled $3.2 million, compared to revenue of $2.4 million for the same period the prior year.

The company attributed the gains to a streamlining of its operations and increased sales to medical offices.

For the six months, the company reported net income of $347,200 on revenue of $5.2 million, compared to net income of $138,000 on revenue of $5 million.
