Wall Walker Arrested

WEST BERLIN — American John Runnings, 69, who has been arrested several times for Berlin Wall protests, was taken into custody Tuesday by East German border guards for climbing atop the wall and pounding it with a hammer, West Berlin police said. An unidentified man was arrested with him.
