Mayflower to Be Pictured on New Stamped Envelope

WASHINGTON — An 8.5-cent stamped envelope, featuring a drawing of the Mayflower, will be issued Dec. 4 in Plymouth, Mass., the Postal Service said Friday. The envelope is designed for bulk mailings by nonprofit organizations.
