Tillman Is Voted Standout in League
El Dorado High School senior Mike Tillman was named the top offensive player of the Empire League for the second straight season by a vote of the water polo coaches.
Tillman scored four goals to lead the Golden Hawks (26-4) to 13-10 victory over San Clemente last Friday to win the Southern Section 3-A title for the second consecutive season.
Last season, Tillman shared the honor with his brother, Craig.
El Dorado senior Kernit Seaton was named the league’s top defensive player.
