State of the State Address Today
Gov. George Deukmejian will deliver his annual State of the State address to a joint meeting of the state Senate and Assembly today at 5 p.m.
Originating from the Assembly chamber, the speech will be carried live in Los Angeles by KNBC-TV and radio stations KNX and KGIL.
