Gabon’s Cabinet Resigns

LIBREVILLE, Gabon — Premier Leon Mebiane submitted the resignation of his 59-member Cabinet to President Omar Bongo on Tuesday. The move will allow the president to name a new government to confront Gabon’s severe economic crisis.
