Bomb experts removed an anti-tank missile found in a trunk that belonged to the late crooner Rudy Vallee, Los Angeles police said Sunday. The 2-foot-long, World War II military rocket was discovered by a Vallee family aide in a memorabilia-filled trunk in the basement of the late singer’s Hollywood Hills home. Los Angeles Police Bomb Squad investigators “X-rayed it and determined it was a dummy round,” said LAPD Officer Larry Heck.
