British Columbia members of the International Sikh Youth Federation claimed discrimination after two American members of the federation who tried to go to Vancouver for a weekend convention were refused entry into Canada. The two tried unsuccessfully to enter British Columbia from Washington state on Saturday. “This has really upset us,” said Jagtar Singh Sandhu, newly elected Canadian federation president. “There is no reason for these men not to be let in.”
