Martin Agronsky, the veteran journalist and television commentator, will be the commencement speaker to the 88th graduating class of San Diego State University at the annual exercises May 24, the university announced. More than 7,000 graduates and 20,000 spectators are expected at Aztec Bowl.
Agronsky has won numerous awards in his profession during more than 40 years as a broadcast journalist, ranging from World War II coverage with the British army in Greece to his present syndicated public affairs program “Agronsky and Company,” in which he moderates discussions on news topics.
