Yugoslav Youths Riot

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — Forty youths broke out of a juvenile reformatory and went on a one-hour rampage in the southern town of Stolac, demolishing cars and store windows, newspaper reports said Monday. The papers said reformatory guards and police chased and caught the teen-agers, many of whom were intoxicated, and took them back to the reformatory.
