DH Technology Inc. will soon file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an offering of convertible debt securities, the company announced Thursday. A spokeswoman for DH Technology, a manufacturer of impact printer products, declined to say when the offering would begin or what amount of funds might be raised.
