Fallbrook
The body of Mark Borrell, 25, of Fallbrook was found with gunshot wounds in the head and upper body at a Fallbrook residence late Sunday, police reported.
Sheriff’s deputies responded at 9:15 p.m. to a citizen’s report of finding Borrell’s body after he heard gunshots at the residence in the 4000 block of Mission Road South.
“A witness reported hearing noises shortly before discovering the victim,” a Sheriff’s Department spokesman said, adding that there are no suspects. He declined to say who lives at the residence where the body was found.
