Moujahedeen Report Capture of Iran Base

BAGHDAD, Iraq — The Iranian Moujahedeen opposition group said Tuesday that its fighters have captured an important mountain base in Iranian Kurdistan and killed or wounded 50 Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
The group said its forces took over a strategic base near the Kurdish town of Baneh in western Iran on Friday. Six nearby bases were also attacked and 50 Revolutionary Guards were killed or wounded while five were captured, it said. Two Moujahedeen fighters were killed, it said.
