Home-SAFE Child Care, providers of child care and support services to low-income families in the Hollywood and mid-Wilshire area, has opened its new headquarters at Hope Lutheran Church, 6720 Melrose Ave.
Home-SAFE, a United Way agency, provides counseling, parent education, preschool programs and other assistance.
