Lazers, Steamers Have Little to Prove Tonight
In a late-season game between teams going nowhere in the Major Indoor Soccer League season, the Lazers will play the St. Louis Steamers tonight at 7:30 at the Forum.
The teams are assured of finishing with the poorest records in the league. The Lazers, at 15-35, have clinched the worst record, for the second straight season, and the Steamers, at 18-32, will finish just ahead of them.
The Lazers, however, are 3-2 this season against the Steamers. Both teams have two games remaining.
