Resdel Industries Lists 24% Rise in Net Earnings
Resdel Industries, a Newport Beach supplier of electronic components for various government defense branches, reported fiscal 1987 third-quarter net income of $541,000, up 24% from $436,000 in the same period last year.
The earnings reflect tax benefits of $249,000 for the just-completed third quarter and $200,000 for the fiscal 1986 third quarter.
Revenues were $4.6 million, a 20% increase over last year’s $3.8 million.
For the nine months, the company’s net profit totaled $1.4 million, up 11% from $1.28 million a year earlier. Revenue of $12.6 million was up 18% from $10.6 million.
The nine-month net earnings included tax benefits of $651,000 for fiscal 1987 and $566,000 for fiscal 1986.
