Marshall High’s Championship
As an educator in the Los Angeles Unified School District, I bask in the afterglow of Marshall High’s academic achievement. I don’t know any of the students, coaches or administrators, yet I feel the pride of a team that represented us all.
The medals and scholarships for team members were justly deserved, but here is a revolutionary idea. How about a financial award to the coach. I have the feeling he had a little something to do with the win.
