A Costa Mesa man pleaded guilty Monday to participating in a scheme to export cluster bomb technology to Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

Anthony Cenci, 62, is the second man to plead guilty in the alleged plot that included setting up manufacturing plants in both countries. A third man has pleaded innocent.

Cenci pleaded guilty to two counts of exporting plans, models and components of the bomb without export licenses. U.S. District Judge Pamela Ann Rymer set sentencing for July 27.
