Survey Finds Businesses Like L. A., N. Y. Sites
Los Angeles and New York are favorites for business firms planning new facilities.
So says a survey of America’s chief executives taken by Louis Harris & Associates for Cushman & Wakefield.
Fifteen percent of those surveyed who plan to lease, purchase or build industrial space in the next 12 months will do it in the Los Angeles area and another l5% will do it in the New York area.
The Los Angeles area is also a top choice for planned office facilities. It was mentioned by 14%, second only to the New York area’s 23%.
