An arrest warrant has been issued for Cincinnati Bengal cornerback Lewis Billups, who is accused of assaulting a Cincinnati-area woman, Police Chief David Voss of the Cincinnati suburb of Cheviot said.

Voss said that Billups was charged with beating 21-year-old Tracy Fair June 14. Billups allegedly hit Fair in the face and head, breaking her nose and eardrum.
