New Start, a nonprofit outpatient drug counseling center, has received a third $5,000 donation from PennCorp Financial, bringing the firm’s contribution for the past year to $15,000.
The money will be used to expand New Start’s junior and senior high school on-campus counseling program, said Kathy McTaggart-Crosbie, director of youth services at New Start.
