“Two Moon July.” Pacific Arts. $39.95. Using the format of a technical rehearsal at the Kitchen performance space in New York, this hourlong potpourri of East Coast avant-garde activity offers a little music by Philip Glass and Laurie Anderson, brief dances by Molissa Fenley and Bill T. Jones, excerpts from film and video works by Vito Acconci, Gregory Miller, John Sanborn and friends--plus glimpses of art installations (sculpture, lithography, portraiture, video) by Robert Longo, Brian Eno and others. Simple arithmetic (23 artists, 60 minutes) tells you the tape can’t present more than a superficial sampling but there are plenty of tantalizing bits and pieces. Information: (213) 657-2233. ** 1/2
